The rules for using SearchGulfTalent. Plain English. If something's unclear, ask us.

These terms apply to your use of searchgulftalent.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. Acceptance of terms

Using this site, even just browsing it, means you accept these terms. You don't need to sign anything.

If you're using the site on behalf of an organisation, you're agreeing to these terms on their behalf too.

2. What SearchGulfTalent is

We're a job search aggregation platform. We collect publicly available job listings from third-party sources and display them in one place.

We're not a recruitment agency. We don't manage applications, screen candidates, or have any relationship with the employers whose jobs we list. When you click Apply, you leave our site entirely.

3. Your use of the site

You can use SearchGulfTalent to search jobs, save listings, set alerts, and read our career content. All free.

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the site without permission
  • Use automated tools to submit forms or interact with the site at scale
  • Attempt to access systems or data you're not authorised to access
  • Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Copy or republish our content without permission
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to block access if we detect abuse. We don't need to warn you first.

4. Job listings

The jobs on this site come from third-party sources. We aggregate them automatically.

We don't verify that every listing is accurate, current, or legitimate. Job details including salary, location, and requirements can change after a listing is published. Always check the original source before applying.

⚠️ If a job asks you to pay money upfront, send personal financial information, or seems too good to be true, be careful. We don't vet every listing for fraud. Use your judgement and report suspicious listings via our contact page.

We remove reported listings promptly, but we're not liable for any harm resulting from fraudulent or inaccurate listings we've displayed.

6. Intellectual property

The SearchGulfTalent brand, logo, site design, and original written content (salary guides, career advice articles, visa guides) are our property.

You can share links to our content. You can quote short passages with attribution. But you can't reproduce full articles, copy our design, or pass off our content as your own.

Job listing content belongs to the original employers and source platforms. We display it under fair use for aggregation purposes.

7. Disclaimer

SearchGulfTalent is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that:

  • Any particular job will still be available when you apply
  • Job details (salary, location, role) are accurate at the time you read them
  • Using the site will result in employment
  • The site will be available 100% of the time
  • The site is free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities

Career advice and salary data on this site is for general guidance only. It's not professional careers, legal, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SearchGulfTalent and its operators aren't liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect loss from using this site
  • Losses from applying to jobs found via this site
  • Fraudulent or inaccurate job listings
  • Loss of data stored in your browser
  • Downtime or technical issues

If you're in a jurisdiction that doesn't allow liability limitations, this clause applies to the maximum extent the law permits.

9. Advertising

This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. We don't control which specific ads appear. Ads are clearly labelled as "Advertisement."

Clicking an ad takes you to a third-party site. That site's own terms and policies apply. We're not responsible for advertiser products, services, or claims.

10. Termination of access

We can block or restrict your access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes if we suspect abuse, scraping, or any violation of these terms.

Since registration isn't required, there's no account to terminate. We block by IP address or device fingerprint if needed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

If any clause in these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

12. Changes to these terms

We'll update the "last updated" date at the top when something changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Major changes will be noted in the page hero. Minor tweaks probably won't be.
